Email Folders tabThe emails tab determines where emails are gathered from and where they are placed once they have been processed.
Process emails fromThis specifies where emails are gathered from. Default InboxSelect this radio button to gather emails from your email profile's default Inbox. This is where all email messages arrive by default. FolderSelect this radio button if you want emails to be gathered from a different folder. Choose the folder by clicking on the [...] button to the right of the folder name. This pops up the Choose an Email Folder window. Select a folder from the displayed list and click [Ok]. Sort emails byControls the order in which emails are processed. You can use this if it is important to maintain the arrival order of emails or to keep emails with similar subject lines together. Descending orderReverses the order that emails are sorted by. Processed emailsThis specifies what happens to emails after they have been processed. Do nothing - leave emails where they areThe email is left unchanged in the original folder. Move emails to folderSelect this radio button if you want processed emails to be moved to a different folder. Choose the folder by clicking on the [...] button to the right of the folder name. This pops up the Choose an Email Folder window. Select a folder from the displayed list and click [Ok]. If you use an email client without proper MAPI support, we recommend you do not use this feature. This facility is used to archive previously processed emails. You should select the 'Deleted Items' folder if your email tracking application automatically maintains its own archives of emails that are imported. Tag subject line withAbusePipe adds the text you type (the tag text) to the beginning of the subject line of each processed email. You can use this to quickly sort processed emails together and then move them elsewhere. AbusePipe will skip the processing of emails that already have the tag text at the beginning of the subject line, so if you need to re-process them you must temporarily disable this setting, or change the tag text. If you use an email client without proper MAPI support, we recommend you do not use this feature. Set processed emails to 'read' statusWhen checked, sets the processed status of each email to 'Read'. If you use an email client without proper MAPI support, we recommend you uncheck this feature.
